FLORAL NAILS & SPA

Went for the first time to this salon for acrylics and a gel pedi. The staff was wonderful and attentive. They took their time with my nails and did not rush me at all. The quality of my pedicure was very nice and I absolutely love my nails. Michael did my acrylics and he did a wonderful job. Color, shape, everything was spot on. I will be returning again!!

After being at the same nail salon for almost 6 years, my nail tech left to go back to his country so I was left to find another nail salon. My mom has been coming here to Tea Tree Nails for years and she recommended to me. Hands down the best experience ever!!! Very quiet, relaxing, and a wide variety of spa choices! I didn’t get my artist’s name but she was very kind and did an amazing job with my toes and finger nails for Valentines this month! Thank you, I will be returning 🥰

The search is over. I have been to all the salons in this mile radius and Floral is the winner. Customer service is consistent and very easy to work with. I called for an appointment, was on time, seated and received my desired service: powder set. The artists are calm and have a soft touch. They use all sterilized equipment and ask for clarifications before doing anything. My only suggestion, which I also gave at the salon, is to broaden their color range. All nude base colors are for fair and light skin tones. This is very limiting for them, and can disappoint customers looking for sleek nail designs.

Walked in at 5:20 on a Sunday just to see if they might be able to accommodate, since their hours say they close at 6. As soon as we stepped in, one of the employees practically shouted that they were closed. I politely asked if there was time for a pedicure, but she just kept repeating “we’re closed.” A little kindness goes a long way- she could have simply explained that they didn’t have enough time left or suggested coming back the next day. Instead, the rudeness left a bad impression. I’d rather avoid than return to a place that treats customers that way.

Very Friendly staff. I have been coming here a few years since I moved to the neighborhood. They always accommodate and have a lot of variety to choose from. My Disney nails came out amazing!! 🥰😍
