Flora Spa

The Flora Spa has the best experience here in surprise. I frequent here often when I don’t want to make the drive to Scottsdale. The staff and amenities are awesome. Kaycee is amazing!

Super impressed! Got a mani pedi before my beach vacation and decided on regular polish on my toes (usually lasts a month if job is well done) and gel on my hands. I’m not an acrylic girlie. This is the longest a gel manicure has ever lasted without peeling edges or tips showing wear or staining. Photo posted is from 2 weeks post manicure. I’ve thrown it all at these nails.. pool time, hot tub time, salt water, sand. Snorkeling, Shlepping bags through the airport, hair washes daily. Even grown out the color and shape look like I had them done yesterday. Toes are holding up just the same with regular polish despite walking in deep sand. I live in SG and am super grateful I now have a go to person that I don’t even need to leave my neighborhood to go see for nails. 💅

Flora Spa experience was phenomenal. The atmosphere was inviting and relaxing. Loved the decor throughout the clubhouse and into the spa area. The front desk ladies are super sweet and professional they made it so easy checking in/out. I had a hydrating facial with Keri and she is amazing! She went over my skin concerns and educated me with all the skincare treatments. I would drive out really far to get my spa treatments and now I no longer have to do that. I am so happy I finally found this place and it's close to home.

I had a great experience with massage therapy. But not so much with manicures (both myself and female friends did not have a good experience on multiple occasions) The massage therapy section seem to really take pride in their depth and breadth of massage techniques and focus on client needs. Great experience. Seasoned and certified personnel goes a long way here! The manicure and pedicure treatment could use some training / coaching. It would be devastating to see the management here hire inexperienced or non-certified personnel for these positions, as having the right people would really amplify the prospective clients and drive strong revenue for this team.

As a professional in the beauty & wellness industry since 1996, I have had a lot of great facials. Keri gave me one of the best facials I have ever had. Keri impressed me with her knowledge about the skin, which is the largest organ your body has. Right away Keri was able to determine my skin type and address all of my concerns. She knew without hesitation which products were best suited for me. Keri makes your Skincare very personalized to suit your needs. She also has a wonderful touch and massage skills! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thank you Keri! 🙋‍♀️ I’m glowing! 🥳
