I LOVED my facial treatment with McKenzie! I felt totally safe with her. She took the time to confer with me about why I was seeking the treatment, made sure the treatment actually addressed those concerns, and listened to and respected my preferences about how I wanted to look, what I didn't want her to do, etc. Her skin products left my face feeling incredible. My only request would be some warm/single-use spa footies, because my feet are always cold!

I had the best experience at Flora Spa! From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, clean, and so welcoming. Mackenzie is incredibly kind and knowledgeable — she took the time to really understand my skin and gave me the perfect facial for my needs. My skin has never looked or felt better, and I could tell she uses high-quality, organic products and techniques. I also got the best Brazilian wax from her — hands down the best experience on the island! She uses Mermaid Wax, which I’d never heard of before, but after trying it, I’m never going back to sugaring. Mackenzie truly cares about her clients and takes so much pride in her work. I’m already looking forward to my next visit — and can’t wait to try her skincare line!

The way she applied the organic product to my face; the massage technique was AMAZING! I felt relaxed and refreshed. I appreciated her using her own made products. I would highly recommend.
