Just got my bob cut by Mayuu, and I’m so glad I found her through a Reddit recommendation! She’s not only incredibly talented, but also super sweet and funny. She has a 5 years cosmetic/beauty certificate from Japan, and it really shows in her skill and attention to detail. I’ve had such a hard time finding someone who really knows how to cut a bob, but she totally nailed it. She took her time, made sure everything was even, and checked that I was happy with it. Honestly, she’s an angel. Even though the commute is long, I’ll definitely be coming back because she’s 100% worth it!

Love working with my colorist Meghan! She is professional and well-versed in her craft. She is also able to communicate well what a realistic goal would be for my hair, while still incorporating my expectations. As a blonde, she’s one of the few I trust with my hair and the result is always gorgeous! The space itself is very clean and up to COVID regulations which I appreciate too. Can’t wait to return!

This place is a hidden gem in Greenpoint. Unlike any other hair studios I’ve been to, Floor has a fresh atmosphere and a chill vibe. I see Devon for my haircuts and he works his magic each time. Highly recommended!

Floor is a beautiful space with really nice plants. Christina Hiatt is a really talented colorist who will work with you to get the color you want that looks really natural and beautiful. Highly recommend.
