Fantastic Workspace and studio! The atmosphere is very collaborative and fosters creativity with others (The Band of People moniker is very fitting here). The studio is a good size, and has most of what you need. Free coffee is a plus, and plenty of space to lounge about in off-time. The location is in the heart of Oak Cliff, and the surrounding buildings and street have a character that is very quaint.

A warm friendly environment with many notable creatives to exchange ideas, collaborate, and share stories with unlimited local coffee. Plenty of space, facilities, and well-lit areas to work on projects individually or together. Homemade sanitizers by one of the FLOCC owners are spread out the studio and helps reduce the spread of illnesses, and they smell wonderful.

FLOCC is a treasure of a find for artists needing community and an inspiring place to spur their creativity. The genuine encouragement and respect you will get from this community is refreshing. I love working at this place. The space is open, welcoming, and sooo comfy. But, the best thing is definitely the people. Everyone is friendly, positive, and supportive. It’s a really inspiring place to work and it really feels like your part of an artistic community.

Flocc has become such a safe place for me-- not only because of the great modern and calm aesthetic, but also the culture of family that they've cultivated there. I leave feeling more confident, and more motivated than I have in years. It's such a beautiful community with a wide range of different hard-working creatives.
