Flo Cuts Barbershop

Worst barbershop in Polk County, Barber came back from lunch smelling like weed with kids in the shop and charged me $35 for half a cut. He didn't trim the top or edge me. Won't be going there again and wouldn't recommend them.

This place is very clean. Cozy and the Barbers do a amazing job definitely one of the best I have found m in so grateful ty for doing my son's hair today we will see you again ❤️

Unfortunately, I have to give them a bad review. I don’t like doing this but customer service is not at. It’s 100%. I was there with my first son got cut did a fantastic job no problems. Then after sitting there for an hour and 40 minutes and waiting for another gentleman to get cut the barber completely cleaned up his stall finished everything and then sat down and played on his phone and talked with the other barbers. While we just sat there and appointment after appointment coming in and us getting blown off. Unfortunately, that told me everything they’re worried about appointments only and when you can just sit down while customers are sitting there waiting, tells me you don’t care about the customers that you’re trying to build a relationship with you and have come back to your facil

First time here. Edwin hooked me up good. Can always appreciate a barber that doesn’t try to rush through the cut to get to the next client. He took his sweet time and made sure my cut came out perfect. Will be a returning customer

We booked online and Edwin was waiting for us with the chair ready for my son when we walked in the door. Very friendly, easygoing and made the process wonderful for my 5 year old. We showed him a picture of what we had in mind and that’s what we got. We just moved to the area and this is the first place we tried and this will be our spot from now on for my husband and three sons.
