Jeanne gave a fabulous facial that left my skin looking years younger! The whole experience was relaxing and tailored towards my sensitive skin. Jeanne was delightful to talk to, and it’s obvious she is extremely knowledgeable about skin care and loves what she does! Her products were also wonderful and she didn’t push me to buy them like most salons do- Highly recommend Jeanne and Fleur de Lis!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT Fleur de lis Skincare Studio in Hendersonville. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED WITH THE OWNER. SHE ENDED UP CANCELLING MY APPOINTMENT AND REBOOKING SOMEONE ELSE, WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME. I NEVER TOLD HER TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT. SHE MADE THE CALL TO BOOK OVER MY APPOINTMENT. THE OWNER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. SHE THREATENED TO SHOW SCREEN SHOTS OF OUR CONVERSATION OVER TEXT, THINKING IT MIGHT SAVE HERSELF. WHICH IT IS PERFECTLY FINE FOR HER TO DO. IT WILL SHOW, NOWHERE IN OUR CONVERSATION I TOLD HER TO CANCEL OR I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE IT. In response to your reply- this review wasn’t a threat. I told you I was taking action.
