He is very helpful. I was looking real good for my bday.
Buy a perm from this store after perming my hair, all of my hair fall off, I am so upset and hurt and confused. I decided to check the expiration date on the box. The product expires from 2019. It’s now October 5, 2022. When we go back to the store to inform them of what happened the manager replied “we can make your hair grow back”….. I replied duh “we know that. But you can compensate me for my hair lost that’s going to take years to grow back.” he said no and that we can sue him….DON’T BUY FROM THIS STORE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
This my favorite hair store and the people inside 😍 been coming here since a kid and im 32
I refuse to buy a wig I cannot try on. Covid is over. This is a bad business practice.
Good options wish they had better display of prices. But always have affordable hair .
