Flawless Hair Braiding and Design

Id like to give 0 stars honestly. I left work Friday to go get my hair braided i asked the girl if they can do traditional micro braids she said yes. I Like that they be having multiple people on yo head but in this case both of the people on my head didn't know what they was doing cuz by Saturday the knots were slipping and whole braids were coming-out of my hair. By the Sunday the entire back row was gone and my hair looked like its been up for 3 months not 3 days. They stopped responding to my text messages once i asked for a refund and that's okay they think they can do a shitty job on peoples hair and not suffer any consequences. no ma'am small claims court here we come. Im a braider my self and on top of that i have been getting micros since i was in high school, aint no way my braid

This hot mess is a three day old faux loc job done by the owner Prisca. $180 + a $30 tip for getting my daughter in on short notice. Days before school starts. It's ridiculous. The hair started frizzing up and unwinding the first night. I didn't even bother to call or go back because of everything my daughter told me when I picked her up.... the owner and most of the other braiders in the shop speak French. So they were constantly speaking in their language the entire time they were braiding my daughter's hair. Not knowing that she's been studying French since she was 4 years old. She speaks French fluently and understood every negative thing that the owner and the other women had to say about every African American woman that walked into that shop. I'm not sure what the problem is but,

I love their ability to braid n unity among worker, the cheerful spirit of the shop owner n her employees whom she refers to as sisters I think everyone should try flawless hair braiding shop

I get my hair braided here all the time (goddess beaids), and it always looks great! Very accommodating and good service!
