I purchased a groupon for my wife for IPL Laser hair removal for this spa. When my wife booked her appointment, the owner answered the phone in her car on speakerphone, so it was a cell phone and not a business number. My wife did not receive any sort of confirmation after booking. She texted the number the day before, and at 2pm was asked if she could move her appointment from 9am to 8am. Then at 8pm the night before the appointment, she was texted that she canceling because the IPL Laser machine was broken. I had to later contact groupon customer support with the screenshot of the cancellation in order to get a refund. 1.
