Made a appointment for 5pm the lady had someone else in the chair and tells me at 5:30 that she’s going braid someone else hair “real quick” when I already had a appointment and that guest was a walk in she didn’t not start my hair until 7. I didn’t leave the salon until 8 something just for a wash, blow dry and 6 braids for a wig. That’s unprofessional and unacceptable. I asked for 6 braids because my lace sits in the middle, the lady gives me 7 so I have a braid in the middle of my lace so it doesn’t lay flat. Then the braids were crooked, uneven and the ends were straggly. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back.

I go to Flawless Designz Hair Gallery for my haircuts; and I am always pleased with the outcome. The owner, Kisha is professional, engaging, friendly and talented and skillful. 😊

I been a customer for 24 years Kisha the owner is awesome they are friendly respectful and very caring there is no other shop or stylist for me you can get your hair braided, weaved, haircuts, and dreds anything you want they got you the best spot ever they get A+ from me allllllllllllll day!

My hair ALWAYS looks good when I go to Flawless. Kisha is a master at what she does and she doesn’t charge the ridiculous prices these other hair salons charge. Great service at a great price. I highly recommend!!
