Flawless Cutz LLC

I booked an appointment online for a haircut for my son and when i arrived no one helped me at the front desk and athe barber that i booked wasnt even there, so I asked the other barbers if he was going to show yp and even after 30 minutes of waiting he still didnt show up so I asked one of the other barbers if they could cut my sons hair and they said yes so my son went to the chair and he showed the barber 2 pictures perfectly displaying the haircut that he wanted and the barber barely even looked at it and cut my sons hair way shorter than he wanted it, this is the worst experience i have ever had. The worst customer service and now my kid has to deal with a bad haircut because of a adult whos job is literally to cut hair cant look at a picture properly.

I've had multiple haircuts here and they have been great everytime. I also really enjoyed the environment with the guys all cracking jokes and making conversation with each other and the guests getting their cuts. I would recomend flawless cutz to anybody looking for a new barber shop.

Dalia is amazing, she is honor her appointments and my boys are always happy with their hair cuts. Most of the barbers does not honor the appointment website. But, every time I book her she honors it.
