Marina was amazing! I’ve done a few facials in my lifetime and never did I ever walk out of a facial looking better than what I did coming in. Marina was super knowledgeable and made me feel inspired to take better care of my skin. What I thought going in to get an annual facial, led me to becoming a consistent client! Highly recommend! I’ve been coming to Flawless for about a year and a half now and I can honestly say it’s the best decision I’ve made for my skin. The whole experience feels lux - calm, relaxing, and so detail oriented. They use amazing products, and the little massage moments during the facials are everything. I’ve had facials with Adrian, Joanna, Nineta, and Cristina, and they’re all absolute magicians. Extractions somehow don’t even hurt, and they always take the time to check in, recommend tweaks to skincare, and answer questions without ever rushing. The whole team is just top-notch. 1000% recommend!

If you are a first timer to anything skincare related like I am, this place is perfect for you. I was nervous going into my appointment but Melissa and her team were so welcoming and friendly I immediately felt more comfortable in the space. The facility is fist class all the way, and the service matched! Melissa was very patient and took the time to explain what she was doing so I was able to relax while she worked her magic. My skin already feels and looks better!!

My first visit to the flawless West Palm Spa, my provider Ana was incredible, my skin looks amazing, she was recommended by a good friend and I couldn’t have been happier. The new spa is beautifully decorated and very inviting. I can’t wait to have my next treatment.
