Kay is honestly the best lash artist I have ever had. Before my first appointment with her, I was so scared because of bad lash experiences I had in the past. She listened to my concerns, and made me feel so at ease. Kay constantly checks to make sure you are comfortable. Her work speaks for itself. If you are looking for wispy dramatic fluffy lashes, Kay is your girl! She is AMAZING!!!!

Managed to get a very last minute appointment and everything was so simple and easy and Kay did an absolutely wonderful job with so much attention to detail that I would definitely recommend anybody in Pensacola or anybody traveling through Pensacola to definitely book an appointment with her She has a great wealth of knowledge and experience and even down to the little gifts made the visit!

I got lash extensions for the first time with Kayla and they are amazing!! She listened to me about what I wanted and time went by so quick. Her energy is amazing and her space is comfortable. I will definitely get going back and would recommend others to do the same!

I have been going to her for almost a year now, and I'm OBSESSED with how my lashes come out every time. She is very receptive if I show her photos of what I'm looking for and she will do exactly that. She is so easy to talk with, and makes it a very comfortable experience. She has never once had to cancel an appointment with me or left me hanging like previous lash techs I've been with. I'd give her a million stars if I could. I just love her!

As a lash tech myself, my standards on quality is high. I’ve been getting extensions done for 6 years and I can say with confidence that Kayla was the most professional & comfortable experience. Application was pristine! No stickies, isolation was on point. Mapping for my eye shape was flawless and my retention lasted over 3 weeks. If I could rate over 5 stars I would! You da best girl ❤️🤞🏼
