I had been a regular client here for approximately 8 weeks with standing appointments. My most recent appointment was confirmed and then later canceled by the business, and I was informed that they were “no longer taking new clients,” despite the fact that I was already established and had been receiving services regularly. The cancellation was handled indirectly through the lash technician, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. There was no issue with payment, behavior, or the services themselves prior to this. Unfortunately, this experience made it clear that personal or internal issues are allowed to interfere with client relationships and scheduling. That’s disappointing, especially for a service-based business where consistency and professionalism matter. I won’t be returning
