We did not have to wait! We had an experienced barber named James who was skilled and did an amazing job. He gave my 11 year old the lines and style that he wanted and listened attentatively to what the young man desired.

Y'all did my man dirty.....hair uneven, like noticeable and badly uneven. His beard, missed a spot so it has a long curl right under his neck like Jafar in the animated Aladdin! On top of that your man CUT his neck!!!!! So its not just the embarrassment of the horrid cut, its pain from actual damage too. Y'all left him hairy, cut hair all over his clothes, he went to work itchy all day cause you couldn't be bothered to keep it clean. 45$ for that mess? Never ever again. He told me it was an older gentleman. I don't care who it was, only that people know yall cant be trusted. Location: crosscreek mall near the food court.

Absolutely horrible. The older dude all the way to the right got so aggressive with my 7 year old while “brushing” the hair off his neck he ripped the cotton off and the apron to the point I had to get up pull the apron off my son and get him out of the chair. Terrible performance and no sense of professionalism! We asked for a Mohawk with a V in the back and this is what we got PLUS the nick on his neck.

Whoever it was that cut my son hair has no clue what he/she is doing. Apparently he didn't even get an edge up but they still managed to screw up his hairline.. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Take yourself and your kids to Smiley_Fades. He is the Best when it comes to kids and adult cuts.

If I could give no stars I would. Didn’t get brushed off so I had hair all over my head. Messed up my lining and when addressed said I had a swirl by not one but two people and that’s why my lining was crooked and couldn’t be fixed. Went to another barber and they fixed it on the spot! Unsanitary, unprofessional and the worst excuse for a barber shop I’ve ever been too. Never again and I hope nobody else would go there. Also I will be filing a lawsuit for lining my face up with clippers and getting razor bumps something I’ve never had before getting a line up with clippers. Just filthy and a sorry excuse for a barber shop.
