Flashlight Barbershop at Lynnhaven Mall is by far the best barbershop I’ve been to. Demitre gives the cleanest and sharpest cuts and he’s consistent every time. Prices are super affordable and they’re military discount friendly which is a huge plus. Appointments are available so there’s no waiting around and the whole experience is always smooth and chill. I’ve recommended Demitre to dozens of my friends already and everyone’s been happy. If you want a great cut, good prices, and a barber who really knows what he’s doing, this is the spot.

I got my haircut here today and I’m genuinely disappointed. The barber named Joshua rushed through the cut - he finished in about 10 minutes and the fade was uneven and sloppy. I tried to explain what I wanted, but he didn’t seem to care and just rushed me out of the chair. If you care about the quality of your haircut, I do NOT recommend getting a cut from Joshua. This was a waste of time and money. I hope management pays attention to this, because customers deserve better service.

I’ve been going to flashlight for about seven months and I have never had a problem with my haircut. Jeshua Has been my go to person every time I go get a haircut. He takes his time wisely when cutting your hair and makes sure you are satisfied at the end of the haircut. I definitely recommend you guys stop by flashlight for a haircut and make sure to ask for Jeshua!!

Came in for my usual weekly cut, there were 4 people in front of me and the only person working was Jakeem. Not only did he take care of all 4 of the people ahead of me he made sure they’re fades (and mine) were good to go, I spent maybe a total of 30min in the shop including wait and cut time. TREMENDOUS customer service. Jakeem went above and beyond making the whole visit trillion times better
