I visited Flamingo Med Spa for a lip flip, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, answering all my questions with patience and a smile. The actual procedure was quick and easy, Dr. Burkett and Hannah were fantastic! They explained everything clearly and made sure I was relaxed throughout. Overall, I highly recommend this place. The combination of skilled professionals and a warm, welcoming atmosphere makes it an amazing place.

I had a facial done by Hannah. She made sure she used the correct products due to having rosacea, she was gentle and caring to make sure that I was okay. It was the best facial I have ever gotten. I will recommend her to anyone I can! She is knowledgeable in the products and knowledgeable in what to use for different skin types. Give her a shot to give you the best customer service!

I went in for a IPL. Not only did I not have one spot that flecked or peeled, Emma singed off half my eye brow! Not only did I waste 200$ I lost half my eyebrow with it. When I tried to call and leave feedback, Emma said she’d call me back and never did. Oh well, will not return!
