The owner, Mia is awesome. Very experienced in hair color and making sure your hair not only looks good, but is healthy. Salon is nice and clean and stylist and other customers very nice. I would highly recommend this salon and Mia, the stylist.

This hair salon use to be a 10 ! It’s now a 1 .... Where should I start at , Well When you make an appointment time online you will not get in at that time ! If your appointment is at 12 pm you may get in the wash bowl at 130 pm or 2 pm! The customer service is not very good and the time you waste in the salon is horrible and the owner does not care about her clients! All she wants is one client on top of another . There are many great hairstyles in Cincinnati , Ohio please don’t waste your money at this salon . You will be so disappointed with not just all the time you waste also the money you spend to be in the salon for hours on end ..
