Flair For Hair

I'm a guy with a thick head of hair and have had Time Atkins, a stylist, cut my hair for over 30 years starting when he was at a unisex shop before owning his own shop . . . Flair For Hair. Tim is meticulous, so I leave his shop looking great every time. This is a basically a woman's beauty shop and if you go there your most likely to be the only one of two guys in the shop.

I have not used this business and STILL I've got a bad customer service story. I was driving home after taking my mother to a dentist appointment when I received a phone call from this business. "Hi, is this Tom?" I told the woman I was not, then she hung up. A few minutes later she called back asking for Tom again, and I told her she had the wrong number. She then asked what was my name and phone number. I know never to give out my personal information to unknown people so I repeated, "Ma'am, you have the wrong number." She replied, "OK, OK! You don't need to get pissy about it!" Then hung up. I wasn't upset before, but now I AM pissed. If you dial a wrong number, don't ask the receiver for their name and phone number, especially if you are told it's the wrong number, and DON'T insult som

Haven't used lately but will in future. The hair specialist are very good.

Had a great experience as well as a job well done with my hair.

Everyone is always super friendly and they do a great job!!
