Five Towns Oral Surgery Dr. Eliezer Brecher DMD

Dr. Brecher did an excellent job with my extraction. He took his time and made sure everything was done as gently and painlessly as possible. I truly appreciated the extra care and attention throughout the entire process. He also followed up the next day to make sure everything was okay, which really meant a lot. If I ever need an oral surgeon again, he'll absolutely be my first choice. Highly recommend!

Dr. Brecher is the only choice for an oral surgeon in the entirety of Nassau County. I’ve been to some really terribly Dentists and Oral surgeons in the area (hacks who just wanted to bill insurance as much as they could). I was honestly floored by Dr. Brecher’s professionalism, talent and honesty. He took out two off my wisdom teeth (after my last surgeon screwed up my other side) and I couldn’t even begin to describe the difference in the experiences. The dental game is full of crooks and hacks - when you come across a Dr like this it really eases the stress going into the chair. I guess I wasn’t surprised when I found out he went to Harvard- Run don’t walk to make an appointment - this guy rocks.
