Five Star Nails

I don’t usually leave terrible reviews but this one has really set me off!!! I go in with the vision on red to black ombré with glitter and yellow tips (to show under the bottom as in pics). First off him and his coworker laughed at my idea and he told me he didn’t want to but he would but was gonna be $15 extra. Then to get to the actual work….. he put the tips on all great before he cuts. We get them cut to my length and he goes to cut them coffin shaped, one of the yellow tips chips bad on my right index then the corner of the tip on my right thumb comes unglued. He got mad when I asked him to fix both and was very rough with my hand doing so. Fast forward to him getting my whole right hand done and it’s looking great, my left hand he lost all interest and was just slapping them togethe

Five star nails? More like 0 stars. I've been here twice now and both times were incredibly disappointing and upsetting. I thought maybe the first time was a fluke, that's why I went back a second time, to give them another chance. But, no. Apparently their standard of service is just terrible. The first time, I asked for a pedicure and said that the massage was really why I get pedicures, so I asked if they could give me a good one. They assured me they could. The man who works there did my pedicure and the "massage" was literally just them rubbing lotion on, that's it. No pressure at all. I have been a customer for at least 5 years. My husband tries to get me to try out other places, and they fail to do a better job. I recommend this place! They do clean the bowls with bleach after each use. They clean their tools. If you need more hot water, they have a kettle to give your water more heat. I have never been disappointed by them. They are very nice every time!

I am a repeat customer a five-star nail. The first time I went to them they did exactly what I asked for And they listen to me when I explain the bad experience I had at the other salon before them. They made me feel very comfortable. They're very knowledgeable about what they're doing. In my explanation in the lower comments you'll read all about what they've done for me and I will never go anywhere else!

Amazing!! Not a single bit out of place, exactly what I wanted. The nails aren't clunky and are perfectly even and smooth. Great color options, gel or dipped.
