Five Star Nails & Spa

I came to get a pedicure here. And got an infection in one of my toes. I had to go the podiatrist and get more ingrown nails cut out. And when I went back to them a week later to let them know what happened. The manager her lied to me telling me that the manager wasn't in. I would never return again for any services. And I was never offered a refund or anything to makeup for what had happened. Please be careful they do not sanitize there tools here!

I never write about a place because it usually takes too much time, but I have to admit it that this place deserves more than 5 stars. This was my first time there and they were so kind and nice. I always pass by and go around it but never got to go inside there. It was a big surprise because it was clean and very nice atmosphere. The lady who assist me did a great job with my nails and they have great color selection. I will for sure comeback and moving forward will be my place to go to. I am so sorry for the competition or the place I used to go before… but I really like this place!

I did my manicure and pedicure one week ago You can see the pictures I was here before , I think 3-4 times and everything was OK Now the another lady did my nails, I am so sad , 95$ +15 tips , for only 4-6 days

Called from the UK today to buy my mom a gift card for pedicure and manicure. She always goes to this location. Very rude person on the phone saying: "No can not do it" even though I have done it before. They clearly don't want me custom and have a bad customer service. Not worth it. Plenty of other nice places with good service.

Went in for an acrylic fill. Which is listed at $25. The tech complained a good amount of the time about the service I was getting, how I should do dip or gel instead. I have my own personal reasons for getting colored acrylic and don’t need someone telling me what to get. I was charged $50, grabbed a pamphlet that lists prices and they decided to tell me then it’s $45. I was charged double normal pricing. I don’t mind paying a price but the tech cut me with the file, took a chunk out of my natural nail, and was so rough the whole time. Explain pricing BEFORE doing services and it would help alleviate issues such as this. I won’t ever be going here again.
