Five Star Nails & Spa

My girlfriend and I came in for a manicure and pedicure and had a great experience. Very relaxing atmosphere, excellent service, and friendly staff. Her nails came out very lovely & I felt very clean. Highly recommend!

I showed multiple nail design photos, but I was told they didn’t have the colors and that they couldn’t do the designs. Despite this, they still went ahead and the final result looked completely different from what I asked for. After waiting 1.5 hours, I paid $67.50 + $5 for nails I did not want. Poor communication and not worth the money. Avoid this place.👎🏻👎🏻

I always get my nails done here but haven’t gotten the change to review them. The workers here are SO friendly & always make me feel welcomed. Their shop is one of the cleanest I’ve seen and super modern. They also have one time use liners for the pedicures & same goes for the buffers/ files. The shop is very quiet & relaxing. Every-time I get my nails done here, they’re super quick which is a great thing for me! Totally recommend this shop which is why i rate it 5 stars🥰

The upgrades to the shop are lovely. My experience was great. However, I'm giving four stars because I was a little taken a back with the slight attitude I received from the receptionist/owner when I asked for a slight change. I wanted to add a bit more of polish on the side of my thumb nail. Just to the side where I had a little break and could feel the snag. Regular prices with a good tip isn't cheap, so a bit more polish to cover a snag shouldn't be a big deal. I'll chalk it up to her having a long day and being tired.

1 star I paid $60 and sat for 2 hours for a set that was nothing like what I asked for. I originally wanted red bottom nails and was told that wasn’t possible, so I went with all black and small hearts — somehow ended up with cow print instead. 7 out of 10 nails are crooked, my skin was covered in polish, and it took 30 minutes just to clean that up. Halfway through, it honestly felt like she gave up. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I won’t be coming back.
