Five Star Nail & Spa

I’ve given this salon two chances because the location next to my son’s karate studio is very convenient for me. However, both times I visited, the interactions felt unwelcoming and abrupt. Most recently I was told to “come back later” in a way that felt dismissive rather than professional. I understand being busy, but tone and customer service go a long way. Unfortunately, my experiences here have not been positive.

My nails were done by Kim a little bit ago which is why they’re grown out lol! But I wanted to say she did an amazing job and the retention of the nails are amazing even when they grow out longer I have no problems. She really got me in and out while bringing my vision to life. I recommend this salon above all, their environment is very friendly and welcoming. Everybody there is amazing ! Thank you Kim!

Customer service alone is great. Felt warm and noticed they had a family feel towards their customers. Sonny did a very good job on my nails and let me know upfront that he wasn't the one who did designs. He did a good job on my French manicure and was very friendly. He paid attention to the care of my nails especially the ones that were splitting. I'll be back!

Literally amazing! They fixed my nails from another place and were able to do the cutest design! Everyone was so nice and funny. Can’t wait to come back again.

The place is neat, the technicians do excellent work. I went without appointment and I didn't have to wait no even 3 minutes before they took me. The technicians are welcoming, they were interacting with the customers and the tv was playing something that we all enjoyed. In other salons usually the techs talk among themselves, in their native language, no at "5 stars nails". Recommend this place 100%
