⭐️⭐️ I came in for a $35 pedicure, two acrylic big toenails, and a simple nude gel manicure. Unfortunately, the final service and pricing did not align with what I understood I was receiving. I was given a powder product I did not request, which was referred to as a “full set,” despite no additional nails being added. I also received gel on my toes, which I did not ask for. The changes and associated costs were not clearly explained to me beforehand. When I saw the total of $130, I was genuinely surprised. Had I known the cost would be that high, I would have either declined certain services or made a different choice. I had my nails done by Angel and my pedicure done by Brady. They both were very personable. They took their time. Made sure I was happy. Angel did a design I requested on my nails and she did a great job. She took her time and it definitely showed. I like to pamper myself but I appreciate when people take time to actually make sure your day is worth it. The picture doesn't do them justice

I came in at 6:27 p.m. for a simple fill-in — no designs, no pedicure — and they close at 7:30. There was only one other customer in the salon, but I still waited 10–15 minutes before anyone even started. Once they did, it felt like they were rushing to clock out. Four different people worked on my nails, my cuticles were cut up, and the polish is bumpy and uneven. I left feeling rushed, very roughly handled, dismissed, and honestly humiliated. If they were in such a hurry, they shouldn’t have taken me — especially after asking if I wanted a pedicure too. I’ve been getting my nails done for years, and this was hands-down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I paid 67.00 & I will never return. A little kindness goes a long way. Bin !!! I loveeeeee his work. He takes his time with his craft, very nice and pleasant. The location everyone is welcoming. Highly recommend.

Terrible. Went there a few times. Each time something happened. I get burned by wax. My toenails are almost gone because they always use the hardest drill tip to "smooth" the nails. One of my toenails is severely damaged from the thick and hard drill. The gel cuticle softener burned my cuticles very bad. I don't know what kind of products they are using. The polish came off of my daughter's toes the minute she got home. The list goes on. Yes I kept going back to support and not make a big deal but no more. Sorry.
