Bald headed guy is rude and doesn't listen to what you ask for when cutting your hair. I said I wanted a 1/4 inch trim and he used a clip and cut the top instead. Then as im looking with the mirror, he asks why am I looking so long. I told him thats not what I wanted. He proceeds to say, staring is not gonna make it grow back. They do good haircuts but just rude, very unprofessional, and does not listen to what you're asking for. Never went back.

I went to this barber shop frequently about 9 years ago and the cuts were fresh and clean. However, I just went back this weekend, ironically in order to fix a bad haircut I received from another barber. I said I wanted a medium low fade and I showed a picture. And I specified very clearly NOT to cut the hair around my cowlick too short. What does the guy do? He chops it super short. I even stopped him in the middle to say that it felt too short. He insisted I trust him and that he knew what he was doing (while my back was to the mirror). He finished and I look at my hair. And it is indeed too short. My hair is WORSE than when I went in and now I have to deal with Alfalfa hair for the next 2 months while it grows back. Very disappointing. The fade is cleaner than when I came in, but the co

This place is great for military and retired people. The decor is homey and interesting, and the staff are courteous, diligent, and good humored. I love the free drinks too! I come out feeling refreshed, and my Dad has regular eyebrows again. Thanks, 5 Flags!
