Overall amazing experience as a first timer. 80 minute deep tissue massage with Christy Parker was DIVINE! She is intuitive, empathetic, and gifted. The vibe of the salon and spa is delightful and everyone is so kind. I highly recommend!

I would not recommend this salon based on my experience with customer service. I accidentally booked wedding hair for 9/6/2026 instead of 9/6/2025, a simple mistake that I realized the morning of my wedding. As soon as I noticed, we called immediately hoping for any possible solution. Instead of being met with kindness or even basic professionalism, we were met with rudeness and zero effort to help. This was for 4 services with a $360 deposit already paid. I completely understand that contracts exist, but good businesses know how to handle honest mistakes with grace, especially when the actual date is a year away, not a peak Saturday, and there’s plenty of time to rebook (and they likely will). Even a partial credit toward in-salon services would have shown goodwill. Instead, they offered

Brittany was a fantastic masseuse, highly recommend. Do not book multiple services! I did and I had a 45 minute wait between each one! I booked on line and called to confirm 2 weeks prior and still had an hour and a half wait. The "Spa" manicure was only 15 minutes because I did not want polish and the "hot towel" hair add on was 4 minutes and 20 seconds of sitting at the wash station with a cold towel dripping on my face and down my clothes. I expressed my disappointment to the management and I was told it was my fault for not expressly saying I wanted back to back services and having hair that was too "soft" for the treatment I requested. I urge anyone booking to call and be very specific or use another salon for anything other a massage.

Olivia did the hair styling for my wedding and I couldn’t be happier. I chose to come to the salon (instead of having her travel to the venue) and also did a hair trial two months before the wedding. Olivia was very sweet and super receptive to feedback. We tried a few things and I even adjusted parts of the style a week before my wedding day, which was no issue at all. She did an excellent job and the styling held perfectly.

On July 25th the girl at five elements spa removed my first ever gel manicure using only a nail file. Then put the polish on. I learned that she was supposed to file the top layer of the polish and then soak them in acetone and gently peel it off with a scraper. As you can see from the photos, my nails will be ruined for quite a long time. Since it was the first time I had gotten gel removed, I had no idea. Learn from my mistake! Do not get your nails done here! To your response below….She did not use acetone. She only used the file and filed the top of my nail. Then she put polish……….My nail polish was then removed professionally. The damage is definitely from your salon.
