Five Below

Associate did not greet at register. Nor did they show any emotion. Associate was using headphones while working on FaceTime with their significant other in bed partially clothed) I told them to have a great day and received no response. Then proceeded to cut us off upon exiting the store.

Cool store for sure but desperately needs some rearranging and reorganizing. Couldn’t take two steps without running into something or someone. Wound up getting overwhelmed and just left.

Some of the stuff is really cute and obviously inexpensive. The store itself can be crowded at times, but staff usually does a good job of keeping things organized. However, customer service is lacking. I've been there several times and I can't recall one time that an employee greeted me, or asked if I needed assistance with anything. Not a bog deal, but the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

I love this place. They have so much to choose from. I find things here I don't see anywhere else.

Big selection of stuff you don't really need, but may want anyway. Great for gifts
