Fit and Fabulous Aesthetics Spa

I was referred to Fit and Fab by my primary care physician for medical massages. I loved it and it was such a blessing. Everyone was super kind and professional. Out of the blue they stopped accepting PEIA. They said the insurance wasn’t paying it and just canceled my previous appointment without any notice that would be happening. I called my insurance, they said all my balances have been paid and that they would be happy to be proactive and ensure I was covered so I could have my medical massages. Since then I have called multiple times, left multiple voice messages with no success. I am very disappointed as I loved my massages there. I was referred to Fit & Fabulous by my doctor for a medical massage and it was the best decision ever. Now mind you, I had never had a professional massage before and was extremely nervous and self-conscious about having one. However, the staff I saw at my appointment were WONDERFUL. They were kind and helpful, as well as welcoming. My massage therapist, Crystal (Krystal) was so sweet and took the extra time to make me feel comfortable. Talking me through everything and keeping a light conversation going throughout the appointment eased any nerves I had. ♥️ The massage was a 10/10 and I will be back! I had my first medical massage today and it was absolutely the best experience. Jessica made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I loved every minute of it and will be returning for more. I left feeling like a brand new person. Wonderful service and highly recommend.
