Fishkill Melody Spa & Nail

I have been going to melody nails for a long time now and have never had a bad experience. If I do not like the way something looks its done over without any problem. All the staff are always pleasant and accommodating. I think the prices are a bit steep but thats my only complaint. Would never go anywhere else!

Very bad experience at this place, rude and unprofessional staff. I went for a filling since my nails were 2 weeks old, she put the gel without pushing the cuticles back and she didn't push the gel until the cuticle, she just put it on top of the old one. I didn't like the result so I stopped her then she started yelling at me saying that I don't know anything about nails. Since I didn't like the service and I didn't even finish the whole thing I didn't want to pay the full price, I was ready to pay half, she didn't agree and she called the police.

My 20 yr old daughter got a pedicure and ask for a basic pedicure. She is a poor college student and works hard for her money. While getting the pedicure the lady ask if she wanted callous remover. She NEVER explained the extra cost of 10 dollars. When my daughter went to pay the lady upcharged her 10. I called to explained to the owner that this is poor business tactics to upsell a 20yr and not make her aware until paying. The owner got very angry and defensive. The pedicure also wasn't dry and her toes are smudged. The owner handled this problem very unprofessionally by yelling and handing the phone back and forth. I do not recommend this nail salon. If you have to take advantage of you people to make a living that is disgraceful.

Only thing good about this place was the bomb a$$ massage during my pedicure. I was attempting to relax and didn’t realize I left with one of my toe nails half polished and nail polish all over my skin. Not the mention she cut my toe nails down so short it looks like my 6 year old did them. Will not be returning again.

Mixed reviews but I found Johana to be wonderful!!! I had a basic mani/pedi and was well done. I saw someone getting extensions from one of the gentlemen that work there and the finish product looked great! Will be back as a regular.
