First Spanish Church-The Nazarene

I have grown up at this church, started to come when I was 11, got baptized at 13. It is a beautiful experience not only to be able to grow but to be able to grow with God. Pastor Juan made a lot of things possible for me and for others, Pastora Vilmarys a shinning light in the darkness. Best part about being a part of this church was the love and support, the community and the help we received in good terms and bad terms. First Spanish church in Rochester. Small but welcoming. This is my mom's church. She has been a member for over 50 yrs! All are welcome and when there is a special event and there is food, let me tell you those women can cook!!!!!! Wish the congregation was growing. Warm, inviting house of God.

Amazing environment.. you can really feel the presence of God there.. all are very welcoming to whatever and whoever you are
