First Nails

I’ve gone here sporadically for years, mainly because of its convenience, but something weird or annoying has happened almost everytime I’ve gone there. One time the lady literally slapped a fly (and killed it!) on my calf, as she was painting my toes…anyway I’ve had a few interactions with them I perceived as rude, but again, convenience….however after today I’ll let my toenails grow into claws before I’ll waste my time there. I went for a pedicure, nothing fancy, and the man instructed me to sit at a station-he and the other two employees were visibly busy. When that’s happened before they at least put water in the basin so I could enjoy the water while I enjoyed the massage chair, as I waited-I would have been fine with waiting. But after 10 minutes no one had even looked my way again,

I used to use them regularly. For years. I didn't come back after a really bad nail job, but decided to give another chance. My nails are sore, I didn't get what I asked for by any means. Even cried after speaking up and still not receiving respect during the service. It'll take 6 months for my toenails to regrow after whatever this mess is she did to them, probably with ingrown nails. Absolute regret.

On August 4th 2022 I received a pedicure by the lady with cut bangs across her forehead. I'm unsure her name. She cut my toe nail too short and into the quick. Then cut the side of the toenail. The next day I woke up it pink, swollen, and sore. It slowly got worse over time, more red, severely swollen, and extreme pain. I went to urgent care on September 30th 2022. They placed me on a 5 day round of antibiotics. It did not help. Today 10/15/22, it is severely worsened to the point I'm going to have to schedule a podiatrist appointment and spend more money to fix my toe from the pedicure ladys' mistake. I will not be back. I will not recommend them to anyone either. Update from podiatrist appointment. November 12,2022 I had to have my toe nail removed completely because of this nail salon.

Me and my daughters go here all the time. I only let Kevin do my nails he knows what I like and is so gentle.

I use them alot .but have noticed that when they are experiencing high volume they seem to rush threw and not pay attention to customers requests. And not do a 100% job.. I went and just needed a fill in . it took forever then to top it off I asked for coral with one A blue green.gave her the # of colors I picked. Well I got a bright orange with sparkles and one white so I was ok well let put design on white. I got like poka dots think are to be flowers . but all together nothing I asked for. And then the quality of the mail was not at all good . nails look like to much on them and have gaps in them and are coming lose. Not satisfied at all this trip....hope next time I get a better out come....
