First & Mane

The people are nice and they mean well, but I went with Heather off of the reviews recommending her by name. I keep the top of my hair and buzz all the rest. The first time she cut the long hair perfectly the way I like it but missed spots so I had to start wearing a headband when I had my hair up (which was every day.) I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt that mistakes happen and she did a great job otherwise and she was in a hurry that day. The second time was worse. She just full blown missed a huge part and then did the most basic flat haircut that I had specifically asked to not get the first time. Which it's understandable to not remember that, but in combination with missing a huge chunk it's unacceptable. I really wanted it to work out because she's nice and probably means

Heather is amazing! I had my hair done (by my previous stylist), and it wasn't very good. I saw some of Heather's great work on Facebook, so I messaged her to see if she had any openings. She responded quickly and not only got me in quickly but asked for pictures of my current hair and what I wanted it to look like. During my appointment, she was so kind and explained everything she was doing. She brought my hair back to life and made it look better than it ever has. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a stylist.

This was my first visit to First & Mane. Heather colored and cut my hair in a shorter pixie which is exactly what I wanted! Perfect cut, perfect color and a great price. I like that she asked questions about how I wanted it and I'm so thrilled with my hair! All of the ladies were extremely kind and welcoming. I'll definitely go back for to have my touch-ups!
