I have been learning how to braid my hair for the past year. And I’m telling you, this place queens/kings? Is PHENOMENAL. I am here almost every other month, the quality and price of their products are great. Never not used something there that I didn’t like. The one thing that. Gets me is once they run out of product, it’s gone. So if you like something. Stock on it quick! The amount of oils I have from this place, like I thank you. Also remember the older you get the more your hair changes. I started coming here for something different each time and they always got me. I will forever love this place. And also I never got her name, but shout out to my main who’s there. She wears glasses and she’s got the cutest accent and she helps me all the time, she also helps my bf out when she sees

I bought the last wig on display, the lady sprayed the wig. With what I don’t know. I got home washed the wig and put it on my head. All of a sudden my hair started coming out real bad. I washed my hair and I do t knew what that purple stuff is after I washed the wig again and my hair. Did anyone else experience this. I’m calling me a lawyer

I will never shop here again. Why would I choose to spend money at an establishment that sees me as a threat or a thief. You drive in through a barbed wire fence, you walk through the metal detectors, cctv cameras are everywhere, workers have on headsets so they can communicate about shoppers that need to be followed, and then there are people following you everywhere. They act like they're protecting national secrets. It's sad, because they have so many good products. Please stop overly surveiling your majority black customer base
