First Coast Oral Surgery

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE My daughter was seen here today and has active insurance, yet she was repeatedly told she did not have coverage. She was taken back for an exam and another panoramic X-ray (even though she just had one done at her regular dentist), and then was charged $300 at the end of the visit. As a young adult, she paid because she felt put on the spot. I later called our insurance company and confirmed her benefits were active. It’s very disappointing that no one verified her coverage properly or contacted her regular dentist for the recent X-ray. This felt misleading and unfair. Patients deserve transparency and accurate insurance verification before being charged hundreds of dollars.

Refered by my dentist to remove a bad tooth. They took me in the very next day. Clearly explained all options and procedures. The medical team was fantastic and made the job seem like no big deal. Great folks and service. I highly recommend this team.

Dr. Massaro was friendly, took time to explain the procedure, and presented me with options. The procedure went well, and the after-care was just as warm and supportive. Dr. Massaro is a wonderful oral surgeon. He is kind and makes an often unpleasant procedure bearable. He takes the time to discuss available treatment options, and at times adjusts his schedule to accommodate the patients needs. His staff is equally friendly, easy to talk to and is accommodating throughout the visit. I’m happy I made the decision to use First CoastI Oral Surgery for oral implants.
