First Class Reflexology & Massage(Paradise Valley)

Entire plane smelled like a bag of rotten onions aka body odor. If youve ever had a real massage, you won't like this place. There's no way these people have gone through any sort of training. They also don't understand basic words like "stop" or " that's enough" or "not that area." The entire experience was cringe start to finish i paid extra for hot stones. He grabbed them half way through, and used less than two minutes. This place reminds me of being a manicure at a Vietnamese nail salon and when they karate chop on your arms and back. Same skill which a child could do. Save your money and go to a real therapist.

I came in with my kids and was hoping for a calm and welcoming experience. The massage itself was nice, but the front desk felt a bit rushed and impatient, which made it harder to relax. I think especially when families with children come in, it helps so much to bring a little extra warmth and patience. A more relaxed, caring atmosphere at the front desk would really make the whole experience feel complete. I know you are capable of offering that, and that’s why I’m leaving this review—so you can implement some small changes that would truly make customers want to come back!

During the massage I was advised to undress, face down and place the long towel over my backside to cover my body. The male therapist came in and without warning he pulled the towel and my underwear all the way down and I was completely exposed. I immediately pulled them and up he kept apologizing. After that encounter the massage he gave was very rough it seemed all intentional. I couldn't wait for it to be over.

I really wanted to love this place, but I left underwhelmed. I wasn’t expecting a luxury resort experience, but the massage itself fell flat. It was extremely hard, and even after asking multiple times for lighter pressure, nothing really changed. It didn’t feel like real techniquemore like pressing hard in the same spot over and over. The facility was also loud and not relaxing, which made it hard to enjoy the session. Worst of all, I woke up the next day in so much pain, feeling sore and like I needed another massage just to recover from this one.

No bells and whistles, instead amazing massage. Firm pressure is what I need because of the work I do. Affordable and they work so hard. They will get those knots out! Tip them, they deserve it.
