This salon checks all the boxes — clean, friendly, professional, and amazing results. I came in for a gel manicure and deluxe pedicure, and both were perfect. The nail tech was attentive and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The polish application was flawless, with no streaks or bubbles. The pedicure massage was so relaxing that I didn’t want it to end. The staff made me feel welcome from start to finish. I left feeling pampered and with nails that look beautiful. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

The price does not match the quality of service. Two weeks ago, I visited here for the first and last time, getting acrylic full set nails and a pedicure. I requested almond shaped nails and they were not properly shaped at all. Additionally, the nail tech made me bleed TWICE. A week after the service, my nails were lifting and 2 nails popped off completely. The polish on my toes also did not last more than a week. I visited a different nail salon today for a fill and the nail tech was appalled not only because of the low-quality acrylic used by First Class Nails, but because the nail tech at First Class Nails poorly shaped my nails. I’ve been a loyal customer of First Class Nails for four years and have always appreciated their Seton Hall student discount. Since January, I’ve been getting hard gel manicures only at this salon. However, a decline in care of nail prep has become evident, leading to my nail infection. With my last set, my right pointer nail broke without any rough treatment on my part, but I initially blamed myself. This time, my left pointer nail lifted all the way off on its own, revealing an infection underneath. Neither set lasted beyond two weeks. Today, I arrived at the salon at 6 pm and showed the technician the infection, asking if they could just soak off my nails. She said they didn’t have time. No one spoke English and it is rude to constantly speaking another language and never even speak to ur customers rude not friendly at all

The owner and staff are very sweet and kind. I took my daughter for the first time to get a kiddie manicure and myself a fill in. She absolutely loves her nails 💅🏽 This will be our top nail spot from now on.
