Yesterday was my first time visiting First Body, although it was not my first time being treated by Mitzi. From start to finish, my experience was great. The staff sent multiple reminder texts beforehand to make sure I was prepared for my appointment and knew exactly how to find the location, which I really appreciated. When I arrived, the entire environment felt very clean, warm, and welcoming. Everyone was professional and friendly, even the staff members I did not interact with directly. If the treatments are half as thorough as the consult, this will be a 10-star rating. Had multiple professionals all conducting evaluations of various specialty areas simultaneously. All friendly and experts in their respective areas. I got a lot of information in an easy-to-understand manner efficiently and with absolutely no hard sell tactics. In fact, there was one young woman that said she wouldn't recommend a service that I was willing to pay for, because she said it wouldn't help much. I am happy I drove a little further to go here. Can't wait to see the results.
