I've been going to this nail salon for 11 years. The owner is so friendly and so attentive to all her clients! Nice and clean always!!!!

Used to go here for the past 7 years. Angela is lovely, always been so thorough and personable. Leo the owner is also great, the place is clean. However Nicole the “bookkeeper” could use some customer service etiquette. Always prioritize certain kind of clientele, unnecessary attitude when trying to schedule an appointment. Hangs up on people mid sentence. Kind of sad how one person can truly ruin the experience and loyalty. I tried putting her attitude behind me however not worth the frustration. Didn’t mind the 25 minute drive but now I prefer to stay local than to deal with her

Fabulous Nail Salon. I’ve been going there for more than 20 years. Nicole the Owner is so professional and maintains the Salon so that it is impeccable, Way above the basic standards of sterility and cleanliness. Customer Service gets an A-plus rating

Love this place! Very clean. Friendly staff. Always a great selection of colors and the latest trends.

Very disappointed in the treatment of customers. The owner is incredibly rude and doesn’t care about the health of her clients. She recommended gel nails rather than a normal polish when the client’s nails were breaking - she insisted even when health concerns were raised (all for a quick buck). She doesn’t hold all clients to the same standard either. She told a client speaking on the phone in another language to quiet down so that one of her white clients could “relax more,” and said nothing to another white client also on a call just several minutes later. Horrible experience- take your money elsewhere!!!
