I love Finezza! The salon has only improved over time. I love the friendly atmosphere and professionalism without any snobbery. It’s easy to recommend to my friends because all the stylists are excellent. 5/5/20 I am updating my review since Covid-19 has altered our world. Phil and Kristen, the owners, have done an excellent job of following all the new health guidelines. Their concern for their clients and stylists shows in all they do: masks, temp checks, face shields, desk barriers and social distancing! The best (in addition to a fabulous cut) was the new hand sanitizer! Somehow it’s formulated to kill germs and not sting or dry out your skin. They currently have many sizes in stock 🙌🏻

Annie is one of the best hair dressers I have had in a long time!! Her mother Kristen is amazing as well and runs that place like no ones business!!! They are a wonderful team!!

I paid a huge amount of money and my hair with the extension added looked terrible after 3 days 2 of the 5 extensions came out......so after 5 days they were all out and my real hair was so short!! I feel stupid for paying a huge amount of money for my hair to look worse after! Very upset!!

My new home for cuts and highlights! I hope to have Annie as my hair stylist for many years to come. I have never been this happy with my highlights!

Unfortunately, it was not a good experience. For the price I paid, hair should have been perfect. Mistakes were made. 😬
