Be aware!!! I have worked in the service industry before, so I understand that sometimes people get tired and don’t always provide the best service. I can excuse the fact that I was made to wait and that I felt very rushed during my manicure. However, reusing tools like nail cutters is unacceptable. I asked the lady doing my nails if the tool she was using to trim my cuticles was new, and she said yes. I was a little doubtful because I didn’t see her open a new one, but I let it go, thinking I probably just missed it. That changed when she was about to trim my nails and I saw her using a nail cutter that already had nails on it. Mind you, she hadn’t used a nail cutter on me at all yet. I immediately pulled my hand back and told her that tool was not new. She brushed it off, and instead o

HORRIBLE. Went to get waxed on my face and asked for more wax due to me not liking tweezers and razors in my face because I get thick hairs. This lady gets upset at me for asking and I told her I was done I didn’t need anything else I wasn’t about to get my face tweezed and razored. She told me not to pay but told her I would and laughed at me while trying to pay I couldn’t scan their code. Very uncomfortable and very rude.

They were very nice, got me in earlier then my appointment, and got me done in about 40 minutes. The nails are beautiful, but a little pricier then I anticipated, not sure if that's just everywhere now with prices. I got almond shaped nails with a basic painted French tip, so maybe because of the shaping of the nail and painting it was more. $68 before tip.

I just moved to the area and searched online to find them. Their photos of other nails done really caught my attention. They are very customer service friendly, they even open the door for you when you enter/exit. I was quick to be seen and they really took their time and paid close attention to detail. I love my new set of nails and will be back again in the future.
