Fine Nails

I had a very frustrating experience at this nail salon and will not be returning. When I walked in, I asked for a nail take-off and a new stilleto set. I specifically asked how much everything would cost before starting. I was told the take-off would be $10, and that the price of the new set would be discussed after they looked at the length. After the soak-off started, the technician immediately began putting pink powder acrylic on my nails. I stopped and asked what the total price would be, and she suddenly said $80. When I asked for a breakdown of the price, she started talking quickly and changing numbers, even trying to say the take-off was $13 instead of the $10 she originally quoted. I also asked why she was using pink powder because I never requested pink powder. She then said pink

Rushed service and no attention to detail. My mom and I walked in to get pedicures and was sat down quickly. This was the only good part. The whole process was rushed. The ladies pressure you to get the most expensive service yet don’t even give you time to select your color. We were charged $75 each for a 15 min service. They didn’t even paint my nails the color I had selected and when questioned about it their response was “I’ll give it an extra coat”. How does that solve it being the wrong color. They nipped one of my mom’s toes and we walked out with paraffin wax still on our feet. This is ridiculous, especially for the price they’re charging. We will not be returning and urge you to visit a different salon.
