Fine Nails

DO NOT GO HERE! they do not know how to do nails they will mess your nails up! no matter how many times they retry it will look awful. they got lazy and slapped stickers on my nails as if i’m 5?! save your money, time and energy! we ended up telling them that we did not want to pay for the service and they insisted on us paying! we had to call the police to get out of making a payment for this awful job!

Terrible experience. I really thought I was being pranked. My nails are lumpy, uneven, and 9 of my nail beds were cut and bleeding by the time I left. One of my nails is half matte half shiny, I can’t even explain that. There is no polish on the sides of my nails. It truly looks terrible and now I have bandages on 9 fingers to let the ointment heal. 9 nicked fingers is INSANE!!!! It was supposed to be a girls day with my mom and sister. My mom’s nails looked so bad they offered to redo it a second time and she ended up leaving without polish. My sister has CLEAR Gel polish with a design that after two attempts they decided to put a sticker on her nails, yes you read that correctly. I tried to kindly have a conversation but they refused to be fair. They offered for me to pay half price and

Hi everybody I just wanted to say absolutely not do not come here it’s a total mess.so so basically, I decided to go in and get my nails done for today as I walk in one of the employees requested that I come back at one or two I finally get back at 1 o’clock and I sat there and waited for multiple people to be done patiently I also had my feet done and that took about three hours but back to my nails I waited for a person to do my nails the lady is finally done doing a persons nails and I’m next as I am getting my nails done. I noticed that she cannot do nails. If I could give ZERO stars, I would absolutely do so. This is my first time at the Fine Nails salon and I came in right after work for a manicure and pedicure. The staff was completely unprofessional. The staff LOCKED me in the nail shop after I pointed out the pointed out (twice) that the color of the SNS was incorrect and asked them to make a correction to their obvious mistake (see attached). This resulted in me having to call the police on the staff. Would not recommend, terrible service, attitude, and unwilling to pander resolutions to ensure the satisfaction of their customer.
