Fine Nail

I came here to this place Sunday evening go medi and pedi for me and my daughter by Monday night my nail was broken I came back Tuesday morning to get a fix and the guy in the front gave me the hardest time he was very nasty and rude to me he was being combative asking me to go find the person that did my nails as if I really remember that smh I don’t come there often so I’m not familiar with faces unfortunately.The lady Ann with glasses was really nice she came to resolve the issue got me seated and help me get that broken nail fixed I really appreciate her because of her I might be coming back took about 15mins of back and fourth before I can get seated but the assignment was completed by Emily thank you for her also ❤️❤️❤️

I wish I could give 5 stars. The customer service was great. My eyebrows are absolute perfection. However, my lashes were not. They were applied with an excessive amount of hair glue which left them stiff and my eyes burning intermittently. I would absolutely return for eyebrows but not lashes unless a different product like actual lash glue was used.

Went here for the second time yesterday. Waited an hour for the lady I wanted to do my fill in. (She did the initial set) She picked out the colors. She was on the phone talking, chatting with co-workers. All fine and dandy as long as I get what I asked for. I paid $65 for a full in, to get home and realize that my nails are glowing in the dark! 🤯Glowing in the dark at my big age is a joke, so I called a hour in a half after I left. To no avail, they didn't answer the phone. (I called the number on the business card) Called back, still no answer. I took the time out of my day to go back to the nail shop that I sat at for 2 hours yesterday, to tell them about the mistake. I spoke to the nail tech first, and then the front desk lady. I’ve been going to this nail shop for 10 years. Quality of products and customer service has gotten to be horrible. Renovations are pretty but nails polish n natural nails started peeling next day… I came back n Approached Owner, He said have a seat he must WAIT ON MAN THAT DID MY NAILS…. After 30 mins still waiting…
