Fine Nail

This is the worst my nails have ever looked. The shape is off and I got dents from not enough acrylic. They stopped doing my nails on and off 6 times. The guy was sick and he shouldn’t have even been there. This is the outcome when the shop is unorganized. I’m beyond mad. Messed up a simple French tip set.

I didn't like them first they tell you a price and Lugo charges you too much to make your nails horrible and they don't make the design that one asks for

I have been going to this nail salon for years over 10 years with new Management's and all but this recent staff that has been there for a few years had the nerve to be so rude and inconsiderate They told me if they didn't like the way they was doing my nails and eyebrows I could go somewhere else. After I have been back up there two times to get my nail that had cracked fixed I don't know what acrylic they are using but it is a weak acrylic and it comes off very easy Poor customer service

They are absolutely the best on my hands and feet even on my eyebrows lashes John is my nail tech he treats you like family and always has for the many many years he has been doing my nails he always make us feel welcome .

John may come off playful and charming but his wife's attitude is horrendous. When I expressed concerns about the work that was done on my nails. She walked around the shop ranting in her language and no apology was offered. My nails were done by someone who is obviously still training and John's wife painted on white tips that were uneven and not connected. I've been a customer since they took over this shop and advertise their business with a green poster(3yrs). You can't treat people poorly and overcharged them for crappie work. I'm sure I'm not the first or the last customer she will cause them to lose. Disrespectful and discourteous.
