I had a great experience shopping here, the woman at the register greeted me and let me know if I needed any help she's avaliable. It was clean and organized and well priced! The only reason it's not a 5 star rating is because not all items had price tags which leaves room to exaggerate prices at check out. Other than that it was a nice experience!

Please check your items before leaving..they sold me some molded shampoo and refused to exchange it..they lucky I didn't pour it all over they counter..DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU KNOW BETTER!!! Response: when I took the item back the VERY NEXT MORNING the girl in the front said I am not able to return it because I could have e done something to it because it is a chemical product. THAT SHAMPOO (AsIAm the brown bottle) WAS MOLDED..I left it with the girl when she said I could not exchange or get my money back. I STAND BY MY REVIEW.

I went in for a specific item. The item was priced at $5.99, but when I got to the register it came up to almost $9. At first, The cashier was going to honor the $5.99 For the more expensive item. I told her that I would take the less expensive item if she’s going to honor it for $5.99. All of a sudden, the screen on the register went back to the original price. I asked why did it change, she said, “I’m scared.” Because of her professionalism in the beginning, I assumed she was the owner or manager. She wasn’t. She said she could give me a braider’s discount. It was - $ .80. I told her thank you anyway and purchased it elsewhere. Before writing this review I saw another review that had the same issue as me and Fine Beauty Supply responded basically saying they don’t honor the price even if

I realize that the business has deceptive practices. After spending hundreds of dollars and never receiving any money off of purchases with points was a problem. I never received one dollar off because the business uses different terminals on certain days and one’s points differ from on terminals to the next. Therefore, one will never have enough points to get anything off. After going to this store for more than two years, this is very deceptive. Please pay attention when going to the store that they are using only certain terminals to process their transactions on certain days.

Fine beauty supply is my go to store for all things hair supply. They never disappoint. Staffs are always nice and asking you to not hesitate if you need help finding anything. I like the fact that they open early too.
