I’ve been to several massage therapists over the years especially after a car accident left me in constant pain. Physical therapy didn’t help, and nothing was bringing real relief until I saw Jamie. She was honestly a total game changer. Her understanding of the body is unreal. She doesn’t guess what’s hurting she just knows. She finds every knot, even the ones I didn’t realize were there, and actually works them out with real intention. It felt more like a healing session than just a massage and I finally felt relief after months of trying everything else. She also has such a calm, grounding energy and room. She makes you feel comfortable right away and really pays attention to what you need that day. If I wanted to talk, we talked if I wanted quiet, she let me relax. Not many therapists
