Completely unacceptable! I got these Gel filled nails done 2 DAYS AGO, and they are already chipped! Not to mention, there was a huge chip in the side the same day on one. I had to go back the same day. I don't know why every single nail tech insists on filing the nails AFTER they are painted. And half the techs are lazy and never push my cuticles back and cut them. They look absolutely horrible and they hurt! I go here frequent enough that this is completely unacceptable and I tip at least 50 to 60% Will not be going back ever again! This is the 3rd incident, there are plenty of other places around to be purposely sabotaging my nails to make me come back. These should last at least 2 weeks

Honestly, I’m disappointed. I walked in there with acrylic press on nails that had rhinestones and were glued with nail glue (not done by this place ) . I started removing them myself , mind you at the time the few nails i removed already were undamaged. Since they were acrylic i asked for them to be soaked off and they said okay. They assigned me to this one lady who basically tried to help me and i suggested to take rhinestones off first because that’s what i originally did myself at home . They had me soak my hand in acetone with rhinestones, which wasted time. Then they had this guy who came over and seen what needed to be done with my nails and started showing her that she had to remove rhinestones first then file the shiny party off top then soak. So on one hand i had half press

No no no, not for $80. I'm going to leave the evidence right here. What you see is a full acrylic set with gel polish. The inspo vs. what I got. Tip placement ❌ Used way too much glue. Crooked. What apex? ❌ Application ❌ Brush way too wet which made the nails thin. Shape ❌ Polish ❌ uneven. Left acrylic under the nails. Never touched a cuticle clipper. I shouldn't have asked her to file the raggedy nail she missed by the end so I could have taken a photo of that too. Then she noticed the acrylic was uneven on my left thumb once she was all finished and took a file to the polished surface to smooth it. Once complete she directed me to the ATM for cash tip since I told her I didn't have any cash on me. Lastly, at some point during the session she says 'you really skinny' to which I was confus

Change my mind! These nails are not Great! Fiji nails only likes to do gel, it seems. They don’t listen. I prefer acrylic!

I was a walk in on a Saturday morning and I was in and out. Soon as I entered, it was bright energy. They asked me what services I wanted and got me started right away. I got a full set, a gel pedicure and my eye brows done. I enjoyed how my nails and feet were being done simultaneously. They asked if I like my shaping and style before continuing. I will be back.
