It was my first time here, and I got my nails done while waiting for a friend. I got a gel manicure and they chipped that night at the tips. I went back to get to get them fixed on Sunday and they chipped again yesterday. I never had a gel manicure that chipped so easily and I honestly won’t return to this spot ever again.

Amazing experience - Pamela was truly incredible. I had the most insane press ons on and she was so patient with me and helped me gently get them off. She protected my nails and only recommended gel treatments that I could handle. Will never do press ons again but will definitely come back for Pamela!

I recently visited Fiina Nail Lounge in Clifton, a place I have been a loyal customer for years. Unfortunately, my latest experience was far from satisfactory, specifically due to the service I received from nail technician Vitali. After getting a new set of nails, I was disappointed to find that they were all different shapes and widths. I reached out to the owner, Sandy, to express my concerns and provided her with photos showcasing the inconsistent work. As a devoted customer, I expected a more accommodating response, but sadly, that was not the case. Instead of addressing my concerns directly and offering a solution, Sandy merely offered me $20 as compensation. I had specifically requested for her to redo my nails, as I believe that would have been the appropriate response to rectif
